Allie knows weddings! As a recent bride, she knows the stress of planning on your own. She loved planning so much she decided to pursue it. Allie originally had a planner that didn't work out for her. She took that experience and used it to make sure that she offers a superior client service. Her attention to detail and organization is unmatched. CityLux offers clients communication through their wedding planning process and Allie often will be your lead on that journey.
Allie and Jared’s wedding at Allie’s parents' house was a backyard wedding of dreams. What started out as a joke of an idea during the frustration of finding a venue, quickly transformed into a vision of Pinterest worthy ideas that came to life under a beautiful sailcloth tent. Allie and Jared capitalized on being able to choose every aspect of their day as they “built” a venue from the ground up, and were all about the details - a floral chandelier as the centerpiece of the tent (which was featured in Brides) a custom made telephone booth to house their audio guestbook, a bookcase escort display, individualized place settings, a checkerboard dance floor with florals and taper candles to match, custom corn hole boards, signature cocktail cups, and neon sign - the list goes on! Allie and Jared’s favorite part of their day was the feeling of “home” that came with a backyard wedding - it made for a comfy, stress-free feeling in the morning and a feeling like no other at the end of the night with all of their favorite people.
